When time allows, I like to get involved in various science and mathematics outreach projects, especially the Math Olympiad.

Outreach activities help mathematicians connect their knowledge with the everyday world. When they share their enthusiasm, skills, and understanding, they contribute to making society more aware, involved, and united.

Organization of Events

From Spring 2021 to Summer 2022, I was part of the “Making Waves” committee. Aalto University School of Science (Finland) started a university-wide colloquia series entitled “Making Waves” to address diversity and inclusivity in science. It plans to engage a wider community on the issues of gender and minority imbalance in STEM, “leaky pipeline”, implicit bias, and similar issues.
